Is your inner critic holding you back – is it time to move from inner critic to inner friend? Is it time to turn down those negative, harsh, critical voices that dramatize events, hang onto worst case scenarios, and change that internal negative talk?
Our inner critic originates from the limbic system in our brain – that part of the brain responsible for fight/flight or freeze response, it is meant to protect us. And while todays world has evolved and we aren't fighting off a lion.. our brains still see threats and fear and reacts accordingly. In this practical 30-minute Zoom workshop you will learn invaluable coaching exercises, insights and techniques bringing together the principles of guided visualisation and brain based coaching techniques to equip you and start you on a journey of change.
