About the Event
In this workshop we will discuss the impact a desk job can have on our physical and mental wellbeing as well as some of the common aches and pains associated with desk working.
We will then explore a few practical exercises you can do to help alleviate this and some fun activities you can do to help remain active throughout the day!
Claire is a dancer, strength & conditioning coach, dance science lecturer, supporting artist for TV & Film, researcher and currently learning a multitude of circus skills incuding aerial hoop, juggling, handstands, cyr wheel and harness based dance.
Claire is passionate about discovering what your body is capable of, pushing your expectations to achieve amazing things! Strength and conditioning is about much more than just lifting weights! Claire loves sharing knowledge and can therefore be found delivering lectures and workshops across the UK, specialising in physiology, biomechanics and fitness.
When Claire isn't teaching or coaching, she can be found on a film of TV set with juggling balls in bag practicing between filming! Variety is the spice of life!
