Sweat

London’s leading luxury, pay-to-train fitness studio, Sweat by BXR are delighted to open our second location and first stand-alone studio in Canary Wharf.

Inspired by stakeholder and champion boxer Anthony Joshua, Sweat by BXR is the optimal workout experience that pushes your limits whilst taking care of your body. We focus on creating sustainable performance through science, education and elite level training.

Based in Crossrail Place, Sweat by BXR boasts two studios, featuring three signature Sweat class concepts seven days a week, as well as introducing a brand-new class concept, StrengthBOX. Each class covers a signature Full Body Programme, based on Strength & Conditioning, Cardiovascular Exercise and Core Training.

SWEATBOX 

Sweatbox is a two-part, full-body workout; consisting of four rounds (2 x boxing and 2 x floor work). This class structure enables participants to get their fix of hitting the punching bag which improves their speed and stamina; elevate their heart rate and  achieve a high calorie burn during an intense & effective cardio and conditioning session.

Taught by the elite team of Sweat by BXR boxing trainers, this high-octane class combines elements of boxing with conditioning training, to teach and sharpen boxing skills and improve mobility and endurance. Drills include: plyometric and conditioning exercises on the floor/boxes, including single leg lunges, mountain climbers and squat burpees to strengthen and tone; all set to uplifting beats for added motivation.

Classes are 35 minutes and ideal for those wanting to introduce boxing into their fitness programme and improve their cardio levels.

Suitable for all ages and fitness abilities, classes are fun, fast-paced and exploding with physical and mental benefits.
