Diamond Membership Terms and Conditions
Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the details set out below.
1. Membership Applications
1.1 Applications for membership will be considered by The Canary Wharf PA Club who have the right to refuse membership. If refused, any payment taken for initial registration will be refunded. Successful applications will be notified by email.
1.2 By clicking the sign up link and registering your payment/personal details, the Member is deemed to have agreed with these terms and conditions.
2. Membership Payments, Renewals and Cancellations
2.1 Membership is fixed for a period of one month starting on the day you join and will continue until user cancels. Membership is activated at point of sign-up and the first payment will be taken.
2.2 To cancel your membership you will need to notify us by email: stating a reason which will be recorded for internal use only.
3. Misuse of Membership
3.1. Diamond membership belongs to the individual who applied and is valid for 1 person only. You will be issued with a membership number which you should use when liasing with us so we can identify you.
3.2 It is the Individual Member’s responsibility to keep their membership number confidential. The Canary Wharf PA Club reserves the right to withdraw Membership or to prevent any Member from renewing if the Member is misusing the membership benefits (for example, allowing someone else to use the benefits of their membership).
4. Membership Benefits
4.1 Member benefits are only available if subscription payments are up to date.
4.2 Member benefits may change without notice.
5. Variation of Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post or email the revised version to you. It will be your responsibility to keep up-to date with all such changes and your continued membership shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
